Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for an approximately 3,500-acre site along the San Pedro River near Mammoth, Arizona, in Pinal County. Pursuant to the American Society for Testing Materials (ASTM) Standard Practice for Environmental Site Assessments: Phase I Environmental Site Assessment Process (ASTM E 1527-00), the history and current use of the property and surrounding properties were determined, and a site reconnaissance was conducted.
