The following two new species of land snails were taken on a collecting trip in Arizona during October 1949 by M. L. Walton and the author. They belong to the families Camaenidae and Polygyridae, respectively.

An extraordinary drought in the West in drying up the Colorado River and draining the nation's largest reservoirs - Lake Mead and Lake Powell. And amid the overuse of the river and the aridification of the region, the federal government is implementing new mandatory water cuts and asking states to devise a plan to save the water basin.

This updated memo quantifies Resolution’s estimated Scope 2 (indirect) GHG emissions associated with Resolution’s annual electricity use and accounts for the following GHGs: CO2, methane (CH4), and nitrous oxide (N2O).

This Ecological Overview was prepared for approximately 160 acres (65 hectares) in Gila and Pinal counties, Arizona. The Dripping Springs parcel is a private inholding within the Bureau of Land Management (BLM) lands (and adjacent to Arizona State Trust Lands), located along the Dripping Spring Mountains about 8 miles (13 kilometers [km]) north of the town of Hayden.

This catalog has been prepared to summarize available information for selected springs and seeps in the Upper Queen Creek, Devils Canyon, Mineral Creek, and Dripping Springs Wash watersheds.

The evaluation reaffirms the conclusions of the DEIS that the National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) will not be exceeded – including when using the mining-sector specific average silt content values recommended by EPA.

The decision is to adjust the 2007 Interim Guidelines for Lower Basin shortages and coordinated operations of Lake Powell and Lake Mead as described under Section IX of this 2024 Near-term Colorado River Operations ROD.

The scope of this Master Water Plan will detail the water infrastructure needed to serve the Auction Property and will provide a regional framework for the anticipated infrastructure needed for the surrounding area around Development Units 1 & 2 totaling approximately 5,307 acres (Retained Property).
