The agency published the final environmental impact statement in the Federal Register and the Draft Record of Decision in the newspaper of record on June 20, 2025. Objections to draft ROD must be submitted within 45 calendar days following publication of legal notice in Arizona Capitol Times. The United States Forest Service hereby provides the final environmental impact statement and draft record of decision documents regarding the proposed Resolution Copper Mining Project on the Tonto National Forest.
