Managing regional aquifer systems within the arid southwestern U.S. basins requires an understanding of the extent to which aquifer recharge and withdrawal impacts the systems, both spatially and temporally.

Following the Resolution Copper Groundwater Modeling Workgroup held on January 16th, SWCA forwarded an email communication detailing the questions from the U.S. EPA on January 25th (email provided in Appendix A). This memo provides responses to EPA’s comments and supporting information.

Some copper deposits can have up to a dozen strategic and critical mineral and materials as co- products, making copper a gateway mineral to these rare elements.

This is the Record of Decision (ROD) for the U.S. Department of Agriculture, Tonto National Forest's travel management decision to comply with the 2005 Travel Management Rule, 36 CFR 212 Subpart B, to provide a system of National Forest System roads, trails, and areas on National Forest System Lands that are designated for motor vehicle use.

The purpose of this investigation was to assess the Property and surrounding areas to identify the presence or potential presence of recognized environmental conditions (RECs) potentially resulting in environmental impacts to the Property.

Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for approximately 640 acres referred to as East Clear Creek. The property comprises the entirety of Section 9 in Township 14 North, Range 12 East relative to the Gila and Salt River Baseline and Meridian, in Coconino County, Arizona.

The Superior Allotment is located adjacent to the Town of Superior and extends on either side of Highway 60.

The purpose of this process memorandum is to summarize the Draft Environmental Impact Statement public meetings.

In June 2022, the Forest Service received additional comments from a review of the January 2021 rescinded FEIS conducted by three Bureau of Land Management water specialists. These comments expressed understanding for the approach described above but suggested expanding the analysis to include the total number of wells impacted. The purpose of this process memo is to provide that analysis.
