The program has been developed to characterize and monitor groundwater and surface water chemistry upgradient, downgradient, and in the vicinity of the proposed Skunk Camp Tailings Storage Facility (TSF).

This Record of Decision (ROD) approves the BLM’s proposal to manage BLM-administered lands in the San Pedro Riparian National Conservation Area (SPRNCA) as presented in the attached approved RMP.

Results of wildlife surveys and monitoring with the use of remote camera traps. In September of 2011 the Arizona Mining Reform Coalition implemented a wildlife camera project at Oak Flat (near Superior, AZ) to document wildlife and human activity.

A number of detailed comments were received on the DEIS, related to the use of the groundwater model. The purpose of this process memorandum is to detail the process used to evaluate these comments, the decisions made by the Tonto National Forest with respect to addressing the comments, and the rationale for those decisions.
