Bureau of Land Management's (BLM) review included several comments on the Tailings Storage Facility (TSF) design related to stormwater management. This letter provides clarifications and information on the TSF stormwater management design to address the BLM comments.

We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), designate critical habitat for the northern Mexican gartersnake (Thamnophis eques megalops) under the Endangered Species Act of 1973 (Act), as amended.

Every two years, the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) is required by the federal Clean Water Act to conduct a comprehensive analysis of water quality data associated with Arizona’s surface waters to determine whether state water quality standards are being met and designated uses are being supported. This integrated surface water assessment and impaired waters listing report (2010 Assessment Report) serves three functions.
