In June 2022, the Forest Service received additional comments from a review of the January 2021 rescinded FEIS conducted by three Bureau of Land Management water specialists. These comments expressed understanding for the approach described above but suggested expanding the analysis to include the total number of wells impacted. The purpose of this process memo is to provide that analysis.
