A literature review was completed to summarize current information regarding the characteristics and potential performance of Gila Conglomerate as a capping material and plant growth medium.

This technical memorandum has been issued to correct for tailings seepage rates that were recently modified in the steady-state models for tailing storage facility (TSF) Alternatives 2 and 3 (M&A 2018) per the direction of the United States Forest Service and the groundwater working group.
