This report summarizes the meteorological, nitrogen dioxide (NO2), sulfur dioxide (SO2), ozone (O3), and particulate matter (PM) data collected at the Resolution Copper Project near Superior, Arizona for the third quarter, July 1-September 30, 2014.

An ecological overview for approximately 59.9 hectares of land along Tangle Creek within the Tonto National Forest in Yavapai County, Arizona (referred to as LX Bar Ranch). This ecological evaluation was conducted to identify the type and relative condition of the biological resources found on and to evaluate ecological characteristics of the property to identify remarkable resource attributes, and to briefly assess their conservation values in reference to local and regional contexts.

Bat surveys were conducted in the project vicinity. The purpose of this project was to compile baseline data on bat species from surveys conducted in 2011 and previous surveys conducted in the vicinity in 1996, 2001, 2002, and 2004.

Data collected during this wildlife camera monitoring survey provides a preliminary inventory of wildlife species in the vicinity of the proposed project and in the broader area.

These test methods cover laboratory compaction methods used to determine the relationship between molding water content and dry unit weight of soils (compaction curve) compacted in a 4 or 6-in. (101.6 or 152.4-mm) diameter mold with a 5.50-lbf (24.5-N) rammer dropped from a height of 12.0 in. (305 mm) producing a compactive effort of 12 400 ft-lbf/ ft3 (600 kN-m/m3).

This statewide coverage consists of several major soils and some minor soils groups.

Phase II hydrogeologic investigations were conducted at the Far West Site to characterize principal hydrogeologic units and structural features, hydraulic properties of units in the unsaturated and saturated zones, and the occurrence, movement, and chemical quality of groundwater. Hydrogeologic investigations were conducted in conjunction with geotechnical investigations by Klohn Crippen Berger (KCB) in support of the Resolution Copper Mining LLC (RCM) tailings prefeasibility assessment for the Far West Site.

The purpose of this report is to summarize current knowledge of population and habitat trends for species identified as management indicator species (MIS) for the Tonto National Forest.
