Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for the Dripping Springs parcel, composed of approximately 160 acres located in Sections 7 and 8 of Township 4 South, Range 15 East of the Gila and Salt River Meridian, in Gila and Pinal Counties, Arizona. The property is presently under non-federal ownership (Resolution) but proposed as part of a land exchange with the BLM under the Southeast Arizona Land Exchange and Conservation Act of 2013.
