WestLand Resources, Inc. (WestLand) was retained by Resolution Copper Mining, LLC (RCM), to conduct this Biological Assessment and Evaluation (BA&E) for a project in the Magma Arizona Railroad Company (MARRCO) Right-of-Way (ROW). The project consists of the construction, operation, and maintenance of a pipeline to deliver water from RCM's treatment plant in Superior, Arizona, to an irrigation canal operated by New Magma Irrigation and Drainage District (NMIDD) near Florence, Arizona.
