We, the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (Service), list the Gila chub (Gila intermedia) as endangered with critical habitat under the Endangered Species Act of 1973, as amended (Act).

Under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), the Agency conducts environmental analyses to assess the nature and importance of the physical, biological, social, and economic effects of a proposed action and its reasonable alternatives.

The Assessment Report presents and evaluates existing information about relevant ecological, economic, and social conditions, trends, and risks to sustainability and their relationship to the 1985 Tonto National Forest Land and Resource Management Plan, within the context of the broader landscape.

Dodder, Cuscuta species, is a parasitic annual plant that infests many crops, ornamentals, native plants, and weeds. More than 150 species occur worldwide, although dodder is most prevalent in the Americas.

This memorandum has been prepared to document the extent of oridinary high water mark (OHWM), aquatic features (seeps and springs), and potential WOTUS for compartitive analysis between the five TSF alternative footprints.

On 15 July 1981, a fire burned about 30 ha of Chihua— huan desertscrub community in the Franklin Mountains, El Paso County, Texas. Effects of the fire on shrubs and succulents were investigated by means of transects and study plots in November 1982, 16 months after the fire.
