Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for approximately 149 acres referred to as the Cave Creek parcel, also known as the 6L Ranch.

Based on available information, I have determined waters of the United States do not occur on the project site. The basis for our determination can be found in the enclosed Approved Jurisdictional Determination (JD) forms.

Response to comment #278-5 from ADEQ, "The most recent 3 years of [air quality] monitoring data show that the concentration levels in Year 2017 were higher than previous years. However, the NEPA Air Quality Impacts Analyses does not consider the 2017 monitoring data for the background concentrations determination. Would it be a concern?"

This report describes the conceptual hydrogeologic model of the Skunk Camp site. The conceptual model encompasses the entire Skunk Camp model domain, with specific detail given to the vicinity of the proposed Skunk Camp tailings storage facility (TSF).
