Phase I Environmental Site Assessment (ESA) for approximately 956 acres referred to as the Appleton Ranch parcel. The property comprises a set of three private land tracts consisting of eight County Assessor parcels within the larger (8,000 acre) Appleton-Whittell Research Ranch, which is itself a set of properties used in cooperative partnership between the Bureau of Land Management (BLM), U.S. Forest Service (USFS), The Nature Conservancy, National Audubon Society, and Resolution.
