Baseline Meteorological, Upper-Air, and Air Quality Data Report: Resolution Copper Mining Project April 1 – June 30, 2017
This report summarizes the meteorological, upper-air (SoDAR1), nitrogen dioxide (NO2), sulfur dioxide (SO2), ozone (O3), and particulate matter (PM) data collected at the Resolution Copper Project near Superior, Arizona, for the second quarter, April 1 through June 30, 2017. Monitoring was performed in accordance with the Resolution Copper Mining Monitoring Plan, March 2016 (“Monitoring Plan”) (approved by the Pinal County Air Quality Control District [PCAQCD] on July 28, 2016).

Programmatic Agreement Info
To comply with Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act, the Tonto National Forest developed a Programmatic Agreement (PA) and included it in Volume 5, Appendix O of the final EIS. The PA was created in cooperation with the Advisory Council on Historic Preservation, the State Historic Preservation Office, tribes and other consulting parties. The PA contains an agreed upon process for identifying, evaluating and addressing adverse effects to historic properties associated with this undertaking.
