The alternatives development process was last documented for the public in a Draft Final Alternatives Evaluation Report in November 2017. The purpose of this process memorandum is to document key process steps occurring since November 2017 that have resulted in a revised range of alternatives to be considered for detailed analysis in the DEIS.

Gila conglomerate has been identified as the primary cover material for the proposed Skunk Camp tailings storage facility (TSF) at the Resolution Copper Project and Land Exchange.

The purpose of this process memorandum is to summarize the additional data received after the publication of the Draft EIS.

Responses to comments by Chambers including background, alternative mining methods, ore resources, resource sterilization, and ore grade.

Technical memorandum with review and classification of alternatives to block caving, literature review, review of other pertinent block caving operations world-wide, an estimate of the total tons of potentially mineable material, projection of the tons vs cut-off grade (COG) line to other COGs, and discuss possible realistic alternative mining methods which may be utilized instead of block caving.
