Meeting notes from Biology Working Group August 27, 2018

The purpose of this memo is to document an examination of hydrologic trends from monitoring conducted over the last decade or more by Resolution Copper for Devil’s Canyon and Oak Flat. Comments from the public have indicated the belief that ongoing dewatering pumping of the deep aquifer system has already affected water resources in both these areas.

The purpose of this process memorandum is to document the receipt of native files containing water quality modeling data that don’t otherwise appear in published reports. The native files described below will be incorporated into the project record in conjunction with this process memo.

The purpose of this process memo is to provide the detailed data for additional power information received and summarize the information.

One of the issues identified to be analyzed in the environmental impact statement (EIS) is the presence of unpatented mining claims that might overlap with the proposed project footprint. The purpose of this memorandum is to document the receipt of additional unpatented claim information files for the project record.

The purpose of this memo is solely to identify a list of potential GDEs and their characteristics. Analysis of predicted impacts to GDEs is the focus of the full efforts of the Groundwater Modeling Workgroup and is described separately in the project record.

Summarize available guidance regarding the selection of appropriate baseline conditions against which Resolution Copper project impacts will be compared; and where necessary, document the rationale for selecting baseline conditions for specific resources.

Minutes for meeting with goals to review results of modeling conducted by RCM for the Desert Wellfield pumping in the East Salt River Valley and discuss permitting pathway.

The purpose of this process memorandum is to document information received from Resolution Copper regarding the variation in the lithology of mined material over the mine life.
