Pinal County Open Space and Trails Master Plan
The Pinal County Open Space and Trails Master Plan (the Plan) is the foundation of the Open Space and Recreation Element of the Pinal County Comprehensive Plan (2001, amended 2007), and it identifies 399,300 acres of existing or planned open space, 802,400 acres of proposed open space, 25,900 acres of restricted use open space, and 168,700 acres of regional parks. The Plan reflects the vision of county residents and identifies goals and objectives for the attainments of open space, trails, and regional parks.

The final EIS and draft Record of Decision (ROD) presently are scheduled to be published in the Federal Register on January 15, 2021.
