RCP plans to operate within the intent of the Pinal County Outdoor Lighting Code as long as mine safety and operations are not compromised and there are no conflicts with Mine Safety and Health Administration (MSHA) regulations or site specific standards. As such, the mine outdoor lighting design was prepared in accordance with Lighting Zone 3 and the results are discussed below.
