Technical bulletin that helps outline principles that are applicable to dams of all types. These include "mining dams" which are retaining structures at mine sites or metallurgical plant sites that retain solids or liquids that may or may not be contaminated.

The objectives of the surveys conducted in 2013 were to 1) complete the inventory of perennial waters in the Devils Canyon and Mineral Creek drainages and document the presence of fish and aquatic species within stock tanks; 2) survey Mineral Creek to determine persistence of Longfin Dace, document occurrence of Gila Chub, and evaluate the suitability of habitat in Mineral Creek for the reintroduction of Gila Chub and other native species.

The purpose of this report is to summarize the findings and recommendations related to the analysis for updating the Town of Superior’s sewer rates.

This document contains general guidelines for specifying design earthquake loadings (for design or safety evaluation) and performing seismic analyses for the design of new dams (for evaluating the safety of existing dams or modifying existing dams).

This report presents the Draft Environmental Impact Statement (DEIS) design for the Peg Leg Site Alternative 5 – Optimized. The site is located west of the Florence-Kelvin highway approximately 18 miles south of the Superior, Arizona mill site, as shown on attached drawing G-001.

The International Council on Mining & Metals (ICMM), the United Nations Environment Programme (UNEP) and the Principles for Responsible Investment (PRI), today announced that they will co-convene an independent review that will establish an international standard on tailings storage facilities.

The seepage estimate appendix (Appendix IV from the Alternative 6 - Skunk Camp DEIS design report) has been amended with the results of the additional seepage control levels and is attached to this letter.
