This Resource Management Plan/Final Environmental Impact Statement has been prepared to guide management of 1,400,000 acres of public land in the Safford District (southeastern Arizona) for approximately the next 15 years. The decisions in the approved Resource Management Plan/Record of Decision will determine which use or combination of uses will be emphasized in the District.

Water balances models have been developed for each alternative. These water balance models have been augmented by the addition of chemical balances. The purpose of this memo is to provide a description of the predictions of the chemical balance and resulting solute chemistry for Alternative 6.

The purpose of this memo is to document an examination of hydrologic trends from monitoring conducted over the last decade or more by Resolution Copper for Devil’s Canyon and Oak Flat.
