This Railway Noise Measurement and Reporting Methodology was prepared to guide railway companies, citizens, and municipalities conducting a railway noise assessment in the course of a noise dispute before the Agency.

Chapter 3: Risk Assessment. Risk assessment is the process of considering the results from a quantitative or qualitative estimated risk analysis of an existing dam or project, along with all other factors related to a safety decision.

Additional reclamation plans were received from Resolution Copper after the DEIS. The purpose of this process memorandum (memo) is to summarize the documents received and the process used to evaluate those documents for sufficiency.

The purpose of the CIA is to quantitatively evaluate cumulative air quality impacts due to emissions from the Project and reasonably foreseeable and known sources of emissions in the region near the Project. The identified nearby sources, modeling methods, and results of the CIA are presented in this technical memorandum.

Temperatures in Arizona have risen about 2.5°F since the beginning of the 20th century. Recent upward trends in average temperatures and extreme heat are projected to continue. Under a higher emissions pathway, historically unprecedented increases in annual average temperature are projected during this century.

Following the Resolution Copper Groundwater Modeling Workgroup held on January 16th, SWCA forwarded an email communication detailing the questions from the U.S. EPA on January 25th (email provided in Appendix A). This memo provides responses to EPA’s comments and supporting information.

Some copper deposits can have up to a dozen strategic and critical mineral and materials as co- products, making copper a gateway mineral to these rare elements.
