A public comment was received suggesting that an alternative or supporting technique could be used to bolster the analysis of geomorphology in the FEIS. The purpose of this process memo is to document the response to this comment, in support of changes to the FEIS.

Summarize available guidance regarding the selection of appropriate baseline conditions against which Resolution Copper project impacts will be compared; and where necessary, document the rationale for selecting baseline conditions for specific resources.

The purpose of this process memorandum is to provide the background and summary of the total direct and indirect emissions of greenhouse gases (GHG) associated with the proposed action for the Resolution Copper Mine (RCM) Development near Superior, Arizona.

The purpose of this memo is solely to identify a list of potential GDEs and their characteristics. Analysis of predicted impacts to GDEs is the focus of the full efforts of the Groundwater Modeling Workgroup and is described separately in the project record.

The purpose of this process memorandum is to explore the factual basis for these comments and determine if they warrant changes to the assumptions used in the DEIS analysis.

One of the issues identified to be analyzed in the environmental impact statement (EIS) is the presence of unpatented mining claims that might overlap with the proposed project footprint. The purpose of this memorandum is to document the receipt of additional unpatented claim information files for the project record.

The purpose of this process memorandum is to provide clarification of several perceived discrepancies in water balance that appear in the Draft EIS and supporting documents, and to provide confirmation that these discrepancies are not substantive to the disclosure of impacts in the EIS.

The purpose of this process memo is to provide the detailed data for additional power information received and summarize the information.

A number of detailed comments were received on the DEIS, related to the use of the groundwater model. The purpose of this process memorandum is to detail the process used to evaluate these comments, the decisions made by the Tonto National Forest with respect to addressing the comments, and the rationale for those decisions.
