This technical memorandum has been issued to correct for tailings seepage rates that were recently modified in the steady-state models for tailing storage facility (TSF) Alternatives 2 and 3 (M&A 2018) per the direction of the United States Forest Service and the groundwater working group.

Because of the inescapably close correlation between prevalence of fires and amount of fuel, deserts are characteristically less affected by fire than are most ecosystems.

A number of tailings storage facility (TSF) designs are currently being assessed and will be included in the draft EIS (DEIS). This report presents Alternative 3A - Near West Modified Proposed Action.

Mine land reclamation techniques were tested in arid Southeast Arizona for their potential to enhance reclamation success on two sites at different elevations (1400-‐ and 1650-‐meters above sea level) on two sandy loam soils (Arkose and Gila Conglomerate).

Web Soil Survey (WSS) provides soil data and information produced by the National Cooperative Soil Survey.

The purpose of this process memorandum is to describe additional supporting resource information in detail. The Public Health and Safety section of Chapter 3 of the EIS includes brief summaries of the information contained in this process memorandum.

This technical memorandum summarizes the potential failure modes and other contributing risk factors to the Peg Leg TSF alterative that could lead to downstream impacts, and how those failure modes are addressed in design and the methodology.

Describes Resolution's plan to implement the following standard practices for the prevention of invasive species introduction on Project areas located on National Forest System lands.
