The purpose of this tech memo is to describe and present the results of a ADEQ Tier 1 geochemical characterization program of development rock for proposed Shaft No. 10 based detailed sampling and analysis of samples from a pilot drill hole along the entire vertical section of the proposed shaft.

Resolution Copper Mining, LLC (RCML) is submitting for the Arizona State Mine Inspector’s review and approval this Mined Land Reclamation Plan (MLRP) for the Superior Mine in the area of Superior, Arizona.

Vicky Peacey, representing Resolution Copper, thanked members for coming and participating. It was stated that the group grew out of a suggestion from a town hall meeting earlier in the year. The group is made up of local residents, for the most part, who can help Resolution with project issues, most immediately with the tailings disposal.

These regulations set forth the rules and provisions to minimize adverse environmental impacts on surface resources resulting from locatable mineral activities.
