The purpose of this process memorandum is to provide a history of the revisions made to the General Plan of Operations (GPO) submitted by Resolution Copper Mining, LLC (Resolution) for consideration by the Tonto National Forest.

This memorandum was written to document model construction and results of steady-state groundwater flow modeling (Model) of the proposed Near West Tailings Storage Facility (TSF).

The Working Group I contribution to the IPCC’s Fifth Assessment Report (AR5) considers new evidence of climate change based on many independent scientific analyses from observations of the climate system, paleoclimate archives, theoretical studies of climate processes and simulations using climate models.

A number of tailings storage facility (TSF) designs are currently being assessed and will be included in the draft EIS (DEIS). This report presents Alternative 6 - Skunk Camp.

The Plan reflects the vision of county residents and identifies goals and objectives for the attainments of open space, trails, and regional parks.

Creosote bush occurs throughout the Mojave, Sonoran, and Chihuahuan deserts.

This report presents a water budget for all watersheds and groundwater systems within the projected impact area for the panel-cave underground mining project proposed by Resolution Copper.

Visitors to the site find the most comprehensive information available, particularly about rare and endangered species. Colorful distribution maps show where each species and ecosystem occurs, plus how rare or common it is in each place.

The Tonto National Forest has been working in partnership with the San Carlos Apache Tribe to officially nominate Chi’chil Bildagoteel, commonly known as Oak Flat and Apache Leap, to the National Register of Historic Places as an Apache Traditional Cultural Property.
